Rick has more than 25 years experience in legal technology and operations management for various law firms (including two Amlaw 200 firms). Rick is a former member of Association of Legal Administrators and founding member of International Legal Technology Association (formerly LawNet). He has more than 15 years experience managing legal vendors and is also a frequent speaker and writer on legal technology and management issues.
Glen Grambart
Vice President, Finance & Administration
Glen has more than 20 years experience within financial and operational management. Previously CFO at IXI / Rimage. He brings strong experience working with venture capital firms within the M&A industry, and remodeling early stage technology ventures.
John Gilbert
Senior Vice President
John has more than 20 years experience in selling-to and supporting law firms throughout the United States. He was formerly Vice President at PerfectAccess Speer, where he helped to pioneer the methodology used to customize Microsoft Word for the legal environment including the awareness and removal of Metadata in documents. John has been published in Law Technology News, Peer to Peer, Legal Management and National Law Journal.

Stewart has more than 20 years experience as a sales and management professional, including more than seven years selling legal technology. He is widely regarded as one of the top legal technology professionals in the U.K. Prior to joining nQueue Billback, Hadley has also sold GRC software, time entry systems, HR solutions and talent management software. Career highlights include leading and mentoring successful business development teams and guiding professional services and support teams to recognized centres of excellence.
DARREN FORD
Chief Technology Officer
Darren has more than 20 years experience in software development, support and implementation. He has expertise with more than two-dozen development tools as well as consulting, business process analysis, product management and sales engineering. Throughout his career he has worked for numerous software companies that have been acquired by Global 2000 companies and has served as Director of Technology at a leading law firm.
Dan Sharratt
Director, Client Implementations
Dan has more than 20 years experience in information technology,
focusing for the last 10 on customer service in the legal technology
field. He has worked in some of the largest law firms in North
America, Europe and Australia, consulting with, and managing their
global deployments. Dan is responsible for ensuring that nQueue
Billback's implementations team delivers superior client satisfaction.
Greg Blatz
Director, Client Support
Greg manages nQueue Billback's two client support centers located in
Phoenix, AZ and Dayton Ohio. He has more than six years experience in
all facets of client management, including support and hardware
implementations. Before joining nQueue Billback, Greg held project
management positions in the point-of-sale industry. Greg holds a
Bachelor's Degree from Wright State University and has a background in
freelance networking.
