Rick has more than 25 years experience in legal technology and operations management for various law firms (including two Amlaw 200 firms). Rick is a former member of Association of Legal Administrators and a founding member of International Legal Technology Association (formerly LawNet). He has more than 15 years experience managing legal vendors and is also a frequent speaker and writer on legal technology and management issues.
John has more than 20 years experience in selling-to and supporting law firms throughout the United States. He was formerly Vice President at PerfectAccess Speer, where he helped to pioneer the methodology used to customize Microsoft Word for the legal environment including the awareness and removal of Metadata in documents. John has been published in Law Technology News, Peer to Peer, Legal Management and National Law Journal.
Glen has more than 20 years experience within financial and operational management. Previously CFO at IXI / Rimage. He brings strong experience working with venture capital firms within the M&A industry, and remodeling early stage technology ventures.
Ila has more than 20 years experience in IT operations, including product development, strategic and operational planning, alignment and portfolio management. She also has experience in customer relationship management and IT governance and process engineering, as well as product and project management. Ila has worked in federal, state, and local governments and she has solid experience in delivering and managing enterprise-level technology solutions.
Greg Blatz is directly responsible for managing the company's operations, including implementations and support teams in all offices and management of both internal and client documentation and training ensuring that client requirements are met in a timely and consistent manner. He is the senior management member overseeing the company's Dayton, Ohio office. Greg has more than ten years of experience with the company in technical positions. His prior experience includes all facets of client management, including software support and hardware implementations. Greg holds a Bachelor's Degree from Wright State University.
Mark McNeal has 10 years of implementation and project management experience within the information technology field. Most of those years have been spent performing and managing projects for nQueue Billback. The remaining years were spent managing small to large projects for an outsourced IT services vendor specializing in community banks. Mark is the company's project management official responsible for intake, planning, oversight, and closure of projects performed by nQueue Billback's Operations Teams. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Business from Texas Christian University.
Alison has 15 years sales and management experience in legal technology and has been referred to by Charles Christian (Editor of “Legal Technology Insider”) as a “legal technology industry veteran.” Prior to joining nQueue Billback, She spent four years selling practice management solutions for Aderant and then joined LexisNexis to set up and run their “Specialist and Solutions” sales division. Alison joined the nQueue Billback team at the start of 2011.
Phil Hewson is responsible for managing the company's London operations teams. He is responsible for ensuring client projects are installed and supported in both the EMEA and APAC regions and providing presales technical support. He is also the London office liaison with the company’s operations and technology officers, for client and internal requirements. Phil has over 8 years experience in company operations positions. His prior experience includes software development and configuration, and document management solutions. Phil holds a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours from the University of Sunderland.
Greg Sulesky manages nQueue Billback's implementation teams located in Phoenix, Arizona and Dayton, Ohio and is liaison with implementations teams in other regions. He has more than 13 years of experience managing and implementing IT projects of all sizes and has worked directly with some of the company's largest law firm clients in North America. Greg is responsible for ensuring that all implementations are seamless and meet clients' expectations. Prior to joining nQueue Billback, Greg worked at General Electric in various IT positions. Greg holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Cincinnati in Management Information Systems.
